Room Hire
The Function Room Hire Fee should be sent directly to the Surf Club as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
This hiring fee is an entirely separate cost to Top Cat Catering. Currently, the room hire cost for a Friday or Saturday function is $1320.00 (inclusive of GST).
For Monday to Thursday evening functions the hiring fee is $750.00 (inclusive of GST) and for Monday to Thursday day time functions the room hire cost is $550.00 (inclusive of GST).
Top Cat Catering require a non-refundable deposit of $1100.00 (inc. GST) to accompany the signed booking form. This will apply to all functions except for Day Conferences.
Canapés on Arrival
Chef's selection of 2 canapés for 30 minutes upon arrival at a cost of $7.00 per person.
Crew Meals
Crew Meals for all entertainers and photographers will cost $30.00 per crew member.
