Room Hire

The Clovelly Room Hire Fee is paid directly to Top Cat Catering as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

Summer Room Hire Fees:
Friday or Saturday $1500.00
Monday to Thursday evenings $750.00
Monday to Thursday day time $550.00

Winter Room Hire Fees:
Friday or Saturday $1100.00
Monday to Thursday evenings $750
Monday to Thursday day time $550

All above costs are inclusive of GST

Other venues available are Coogee Surf Club, Bronte Surf Club, Tamarama Surf Club, Tonka Lounge Bar and Inglis Complex. If you are interested in any of these venues, please ask us for more information.

Top Cat require a non-refundable catering deposit of $1100.00 (inc. GST) to accompany the signed booking form. This will apply to all functions except for Day Conferences.
